The huge Sacombank building is going up fast with an army of Vietnamese workers


On the riverfront the seawall is extending westward along the banks all the bars, restaurants and trees are gone


Of course at every turn new ATMs are springing up


Last stop at Beautiful Chua Ban Long temple


Walking out of the gate one of the Monks calls out,
it sure is refreshing to see not everyone is out for fast money.

I also noticed all the BP (British petroleum) petrol/gas stations are now "Pp" with the old BP logo

MAG has movedMusical Chairs in Vientiane, waterfront rents and prices have doubled and tripled recently. Mag has moved to the back streets, they do not expect to get walkin traffic at this location so will not set up the UXO display that was in the old building
