Quick question: What's the size of the rear axle nut of the CRF250L/M?

Until now I had the chain tightened by some shop but this time I want to clean the chain with WD40 and apply grease again (I use hi-temp axle grease, works fine, doesn't fling off as much like oil, doesn't collect as much dirt as chain wax and is by far the cheapest) and want to do it myself.
So I need to get a wrench.
I only had the chain tightened three times in one year and 14,500 km; once at 1,000 km, then at 6,000 km and it's about time now.
As far as I remember my VTR250 needed a 23mm - same for the CRF?

Thanks!

I know it's not what you want but a big shifter (adjustable) spanner will work fine on a big nut like that.

It will give good leverage too for Thai mechanic levels of tightening.

Sprocket side is a 19mm other is a 24mm same for both models ...

Thanks, Bob!

Guess a quality spanner costs the same as a 19mm and 24mm, even though I don't like to use them.

In the US I did all the work myself and used the "elbow torque wrench" - always worked fine.

"Spanner" reminds me of one of my favorite albums, Brian Eno and Jah Wobble. :)
