I have a chap trying to sell me a sidecar that was built for a BMW F 650. He's asking 20,000 Bht, any idea how much something like this should be worth second hand?

Not sure if this an oil cooler or extended coolant radiator

Run

Run very fast and very far away

I had a sidecar made for my scooter when I broke my leg.. I bought it brand new, it was the basic one you see all the Thai people using,it had lights, etc. but no panels. 6,000 baht, 48 hour delivery, fitted.

Thanks matt....so this in its condition sounds pretty peng.

So they had hoses running from the bike to the sidecar and back?
Look's like a converted Thai sidecar, looking at the dual shocks.....welding and finish is horrible.
I guess if you string it to a scooter it's not that bad but certainly would not want it on a bigger bike.

What could be nice is putting it on an offroad bike to try your hand on sidecar motocross.

Note that a side car in Thailand is illegal unless homologized, only Tiger makes a road legal side car.
