Riding the Northern Frontier

[Sita]

This past weekend Deere and I rode to the Northern Frontier of Thailand: the borders of Laos and Myanmar. The plan was simple: 3 days, 2 nights adventure with scenic routes, nice camping opportunities and some dirt roads, if available.

The trip was an outstanding success; perfect weather, great camping and some fantastic out-of-the-way roads lead to a great time and nice exploration.

The video recap does a better job describing the entire trip than I can put into words, but suffice to say is that I'd highly recommend the above areas to anyone who hasn't ridden there yet or hasn't in a while!
