For info I checked with Garmin/Esri in Bangkok who stated this shop is an authorised dealer. However they stated that any units requiring repairs should be sent direct to Bangkok.

Eagle GPS Chiang Mai still has a few of ours that were sent for repair and Sam isnt responding to emails right now, apparently is in Africa.
