The route 1080, 4007, 1336, 1170, 4015, 2023, 2018, 1081, 1169
Total distance 178 km
It was a wet morning here in Nan so a late start when it stopped raining,I took the 1080 out of Nan then took a left onto the 4007 and noticed this slightly out of level building along here
Plenty of chillies growing nearby
The sky is getting brighter and its not bad now
Getting closer to Tha Wang Pha and the roads are a lot wetter then they were in Nan

Now I am on the 1170 and the road surface is beginning to dry up a bit
I wanted to explore a bit more offroad around here but I am not so sure dirt riding is a good idea today after the rain
Luckily most of the offroad is on this surface and not really a problem
Its turning into a pleasant fun ride but a lot colder then its been lately
I ride an unknown road that the Esri shows as a dirt track but its anything but and a lovely surface too
An unknown reservoir roadside that the Esri doesnt acknowledge
The rather low tech overflow of this reservoir is those concrete pipes that go under the road

Now along the 2018
On the way back between Santisuk and Nan I rode through torrential rain and could hardly see where I was going, large teak leaves were bombarding me and covering the road.
With hindsight I should have taken shelter but it looked like the rain was set in for a long time but after a few km it stopped then after a few km more the road was bone dry the rest of the way to Nan
Half a roast chicken, stuffing, double saute potatoes and onions for 260 Baht at Tonys Place
