Heading to Mae Sariang after getting turned around and going 70 kilometers the wrong way. Senior moment!



Headed south from Mae Sariang the next day. This guy flagged me over. I told him I was just heading across the Salween to pick up a few kilos of opium, some ya-ba and re-arm the Shan army. He said "cool, but wanted a picture".

Lunch in Downtown Pai. More than I expected.

How you liking the CRF, personally I think it's a fantastic bike and ideal for that trip.

For that trip the CRF was ace! Rode to Nan today and could have used a bigger bike heading through the farmland flats. Kept trying to shift into seventh gear!
