TAT vows to eliminate dual pricing, mulls expat ID card

Expatriates may not be able to join tourism stimulus packages, but the government pledges to end dual pricing as soon as possible.

Wildlife and Plant Conservation Department, as well as famous tourism sites.

Don't see what TAT has to do with this as expats aren't tourists.
This looks a bit like finding a solution for a problem that isn't really there.
Everyone on a tourist (type) visa is a tourist, all the non-immi type visa's aren't (in general).
Show your passport at the ticket booth and you should be good
