I have a farang insurance guy in CM you can talk to, the problem with Thai insurances is its a pretty simplistic industry compared to what I am used to.. Eg theres only a few insurers who will cover some things, anything unusual you cant get any quote at all, where I am used to dealing with specialist insurers who can always devise a price for risk.

Its possible for a new model like this theres only one or two companies that will offer first class, so your basically stuck with them and their offering if you want it.

No suggestions from Ducati? I insured the CRF through a Honda dealer for @ half the price of the farang oriented quotes. It actually with 'Tokyo Marine' who are based here in CM.
