Heatstroke warning

As most of know April is the hottest month of the year, taking plenty of liquid on board is a serious matter and indeed life saving, heatstroke can creep up quicker than you can imagine as this unknown rider down in Pattaya found out.

Thanks to the efforts of the tour company, his fellow riders and rescue workers he eventually got to safety some 9 hours after he was taken ill and the team only managed to cover 6km.
