After Photobucket announced its pay to host pictures policy that caused uproar amongst the online community, Flickr has not surprisingly gone the same way, from Jan 9th next year free accounts will be limited to 1000 pictures.
An unlimited account will be $35 per year in order to retain your collection intact.
