February 23 Nakornpayap International School 2nd Community Charity Mini Marathon. Activities and registration are from 6AM and the race will start at 6.30 AM. There are two races to choose from: One 10KM run for the athlete types and one 3KM walk or run for anyone. The winners of each category will receive an NIS trophy and the school or club with the most runners will also receive an award. All proceeds from the event will go to the school's three charities; Care 4 Dogs, Org4Peace and the School for the Disabled.

The fifth Chiang Mai International Music Festival will take place at the historic Three Kings Monument in the centre of Chiang Mai’s old city from 08-10 March 2013 The three-day annual event will feature a fascinating mix of cultural, traditional and popular entertainment. Professional artists and dance troupes will be flown in from many different countries to form the centerpiece, and provide a beautiful spectacle of colour, rhythm, movement and harmony. Foreign residents from different parts of the world will operate colourful booths displaying specialties from their homeland. Some residents will perform on stage, creating a huge medley of fun and goodwill. Local businesses, international companies, hotels, and restaurants will occupy other booths, the ensemble guaranteeing three days of pure enjoyment. Major sponsors and supporters, together with the Tourism Authority of Thailand and the City Administration, will add to the dynamics, the ambiance, and the publicity. The fifth Chiang Mai International Music Festival will take place at the historic Three Kings Monument in the centre of Chiang Mai’s old city from 08-10 March 2013 The three-day annual event will feature a fascinating mix of cultural, traditional and popular entertainment. Professional artists and dance troupes will be flown in from many different countries to form the centerpiece, and provide a beautiful spectacle of colour, rhythm, movement and harmony. Foreign residents from different parts of the world will operate colourful booths displaying specialties from their homeland. Some residents will perform on stage, creating a huge medley of fun and goodwill. Local businesses, international companies, hotels, and restaurants will occupy other booths, the ensemble guaranteeing three days of pure enjoyment. Major sponsors and supporters, together with the Tourism Authority of Thailand and the City Administration, will add to the dynamics, the ambiance, and the publicity.
