Crossing border from Laos to Cambodia at Nong Khiang

I have a Honda Dream 100cc registered in Viet Nam.
I plan to cross the border from Laos to Cambodia with it at Nong Khiang (4000 islands).

Is it possible?
Is there any fee?

Not 100% sure but I guess in case you have the bike already in Laos that the customs/immigration people would not make big objections. However, that crossing has in the past caused quite a few problems for bikes as well as cars with the Cambodian side making all kinds of excuses why the bike/car can not cross. So try your luck, be polite, keep smiling and you may have to pay a bribe to "smooth" your way - remember that one guy mentioned he had been asked for a bribe (10 USD or something like that) to cross.
