Day 3
Stayed Monica's Guesthouse Hongsa 400 baht a night but overnight the skies opened up and it is raining hard in the morning so I am going nowhere.
Monica's has had a lot of rain and is saturated except for the bamboo path to the front door

These local kids were picking lotus pods from the adjoining swamp and extracting the seeds that tasted a lot like a nut
Has been a continual wet day so fingers crossed for tomorrow
