Not seeking to have a corona virus discussion on this forum, other platforms are better suited for that discussion?!

However due to the lockdown procedures Thailand and it's neighboring countries are implementing, border crossings opportunities both by road and air quickly seem to deteriorate. Suggest to investigate the Thai authorities regulation and instructions and seek/follow your embassy's travel advice if you really need to travel, if not better stay put, relax and be safe.
 
Thanks for that Marcel, i am myself stuck in Vietnam until at least the 26th of April on a return flight to CM, if it's not cancelled that is. Vietnam on the face of it Vietnam appears to be a good place to be judging by the rate of infections, plus beer is very cheap :DD
 
Bob, I hope by then you can go home in Chiang Rai without any additional quarantine?
