Another biker fatality

A Thai website has a brief report and graphic images (which I won't post here) of another fatality on #118.
It doesn't give any details about the unfortunate riders.
Actually a double fatality; just before Bahn Lao turn off.
Is this yellow plate Korean?

Looks like it might be. Koreans drive on the right too... scratches on the ride may tell a tale

Always awful to see this sort of thing and yet another reminder to us all.

Seems that this one hit a local scooter.

Always very sad to see a bike laying down in the road whether the riders are unharmed or dead , if a bike is not moving it should be on a stand not on its side.
