Radiator Repair

Has anyone successfully had their motorcycle radiator repaired by a competent shop in Chiang Mai?
Was going to try something like radweld or a strong epoxy but would prefer something more permanent.
At $1200!!! a new radiator isn't an option.

I had mine done in cnx by the guy that was making the exhausts. I'd go to Khun Long at the machine shop near airport plaza

Opposite the place where the guys makes/improves the seats (near RimPing) there is a place where they repair radiators for cars - don't know if they do bike radiators as well.
