Yesterday offered a chance to get out and about without getting wet, so I did.

Here was the first stop.

Unfortunately the gate was shut; I wanted to make further enquiries.
Apparently this is a Don Bosco Farm project.
Subsequent research has shown that the Don Bosco group is very active in Thailand.
I'll call in next time if the gate is open and try to find out more information.
Meanwhile ...

Then to this attractive Temple, for which I couldn't find a name!

Apparently these are models of suggested Chedis for the site.
The names of the designers are written under their design.

And then I stumbled upon this magnificent mansion.

I hadn't ridden the Rebel on dirt before.
This is a very good surface and gave me a bit of an idea of the bike's ability.

Then into one of my favourite coffee/snack stops in Doi Saket.
This moo daeng and Americano set me back 65 baht.

Only 64 kms but they were dry kms!
I'm enjoying exploring my home area; there is a lot to see.

Sadly, much too wet for another ride today.

Amazing what is right in our own backyard. Glad you are having fun......and staying dry.
