Nan And Some New Dirt Tracks Right On The Doorstep

The Route 1168, 3107, 1169

Total Distance 55 km

Heading out on the 1168 I take a left onto the 3107 and not far along here its a left onto a dirt track at N18 48.040 E100 51.299

The ESRI only shows this as a short dead end but it loops back to the 1168

Even out in the fields a bit of comfort can be found, I reach the 1168 at N18 47.766 E100 51.054 and the dirt finishes

I ride the 3107 to its finish at a village

Then its backtrack a bit before taking a right at N18 48.823 E100 51.256 onto another dirt track

Theres a smoky fire along here

Looking back and it seems the fire has spread

Its lovely out here

The track turns to a narrow single one and although I can see the track I need to be on I cant reach it from here

I need to cross that if I wish to proceed

I try another two off shoots but nothing crosses over the water to join the track that would take me over to the 1169 so its time to ride back

Back at the plywood house

I ride back to the 3107 turn right and ride along it for a short time

Another right at N18 48.373 E100 51.132 onto a dirt track

This one is a mixture of open and through the woods

I reach the 1169 and the dirt finishes at N18 48.148 E100.47.991

I turn right then not far along here I take a right at N18 48.966 E100 48.485 onto a dirt track to ride to the Nam Tuan Reservoir but the track only goes part of the way then its blocked off so its a back track to the 1169, a left then another left at N18 48.881 E100 48.461 onto a dirt track that does go to the reservoir

The overflow is not in operation at the moment

Half a roast chicken, double saute potatoes and onions at Tonys Place for 180 Baht
