Wow, almost everyday you find new dirt trails and new areas to explore. Thanks for posting the picture of the cashew nut growing tree with the fruit still young. Quite a long time ago I saw it growing in Indonesia but that apparently was at the end of the growing period as the cashew nut was much smaller in comparison with the cashew apple it is attached to. Can't find my own picture so I nicked a picture from the WWW showing it when it is ripe to be harvested.

Its only the second one that I have noticed, the other being in the mountains near Trat a few years ago and then they were fully ripe and some of the apples had fallen down
