Montana saving tracks- so where are they?

I set up my Montana to save tracks like this
Go to the Main Menu 2. Select Setup
3. Select Tracks
The track log setting will appear at the top of the screen. If the setting is set to Record, Do Not Show or Do Not Record, it will need to be changed to Record, Show on Map.

So where are they?
The only tracks I have been able to find on my GPS have been the last day of a multi-day trip.
ie Day3 of a 3day trip

Sowhere is the rest?
this happened at least 3 times now

Is there some other way to record the tracks to your memory card or the Montana??

Have a look for the Track Manager icon.
It looks like a folder with two feet on it, they should be in there.

Look at Autoarchive where you can set the interval at which the Montana will archive your tracks. The tracks are saved to the internal memory of the Montana - hook it up to the computer, select the Montana and you should find the track file in the GPX folder as .gpx files
