Have you tried this place, maybe they have it as they seem to specialise in mounts here in Thailand.

Make sure you call & ask, they are a bit slow to update their site & may be interested in your call

If you do end up ordering from the UK let me know. Im heading over on the 8th for 5 days and happy to bring back for you and post up to CM, to save on any import taxes. I just looked at that link and that company is about 15 miles from my Mum's house.

You could try Eagle GPS in Panthip Plaza here in Chiangmai. Last time I was there they did have some mounting stuff but not sure if they have for the iPhone,
