On the way back from Kyushu, I passed through Nagoya. Restore Shop NISHIMATSU is run by Mr. Nishimatsu Jr., with his father Mr. Nishimatsu Sr. (naturally) being the ace mechanic. Their work is so good, they have done a lot of the work restoring the bikes kept at the Honda Collection Hall located at Twin Rings Motegi. The yellow CB750 is Mr. N-Jr's personal ride, the blue CL72 (?) is Mr. N-Sr's personal ride, the aquamarine CB750 is the shop demo bike, used to show customers what NISHIMATSU's capabilites are, both parts manufacturing and work.
If you look up "Old School" in the Encyclopedia Japannica, you'll see a picture of Mr. Nishimatsu Sr. It was an honor and privilege meeting and talking with him.
The two Honda gurus themselves:
I was especially fond of this stock appearing dual disk conversion kit made by NISHIMATSU:
