This accident happened last night apparently in Vientiane - the driver apparently was drunk and managed to squash a building.
BTW, got a message this morning from a friend in Vientiane that the police now have breathalyzers and last night they stopped all traffic and forced all the drivers to test them if they had been drinking. Not sure if the police in other Lao cities have them also but just watch out
