Big hello from south Thailand

Greetings riders.

I'm based about 500km south of Bangkok so not strictly south Thailand. Looking for any other riders in the area (between Hua Hin and Suratthani) wanting to get on the road, we often head out and explore the tracks and villages along the Burmese border (which is only 25km away).

Currently riding a CBR250 but looking to upgrade to CB500F very soon.

Hi buksida, your name sounds familiar...
500km south of BKK? That would be the Chumpon area. I spent seven years in Bang Saphan, 400km south of BKK, 90km north of Chumpon. From November to March lots of "return foreigners" live there. Nice quiet place, several guys have bought land and built a house or two. Check out "Montri's CoCo Bar" 5km south of Bang Saphan directly on the beach, if you haven't yet.
