Yesterday, between breaks in the rainfall, I rode out along #1006 and ventured off along side-roads
on another discovery tour.
But first, I stopped at my new favourite coffee shop 'Au Kow Au Nam' for a snack.

I had the place to myself and, again, their Haeng Lay' was tongue tickling!
Here's the entrance to their laneway.
Then onto the Rebel and along random rural roads to discover these buildings on private land beside a house.
Not Temples, so what is their function I wonder?
Onward again on more rural roads to discover this massive abandoned mansion in an abandoned development.
It had a swimming pool and tennis courts too.
Rain was threatening, so time to retreat.
Enjoying my little afternoon rides around the local area.
