I designed a 16L tank ,panniers..I truely love this bike ,unfortunately there isn't the 450cc here in TH,but could be modified up to around 350cc (m considerating this idea)
it is a good off road machine that could take u about anywhere .thinking to go all the way to Sumbawa/Komodo Island with it..I consider the larger ADVs amazing 'touring machines' , but a trend (although I am actually gona get one as well at some point soon,sometime do miss my Supertenere,but lightweight is the way to go for real off road.)

I agree that a 350 in there would turn the CRF into an excellent all-rounder.

yes 350 could be thee ADV everyone seems to be looking for ;) anyway has an acceptable speed as it is, I rarely drive faster then 120kmh in th!eg. a food vendor ,or a kid on a bike that cross in front of u etc.. at that speed means deadly
 
Me too but it would be nice to have a bit more 'grunt' in the mountains, especially when bike is loaded for touring.

1ST step we're gona stroke the engine when my friend/mechanic get back.
2nd waiting for some updates from kustom kraft .the vegas co
