A lousy start to the day, I woke up late, the bike has clocked 6000 km so my plan was to take it for an oil change and I would enjoy a chicken khai soi for breakfast.
As always whenever I go there she is shut, I should have gone back home and had my usual porridge but decided to get a gai phad kapow, this was the worst one I have ever had the misfortune to eat
Finally out on some new dusty tracks
One track takes me close to this place and a loop but no way to get there so it was a ride back
A couple of tracks linked through that were not showing on the map
No one home here today
Someone lives here though
A truck comes the other way and I get this dust cloud
These appear puzzled that I am riding through their forest
Even the bees are not home, not a single bee flying around here
Yesterday was a day of mainly loops and link ups, today was the opposite.
It was in my head that back in 1966 Ray Davies rode here and got the inspiration for the Kinks classic Dead End Street
On the ride home I cross over the Nan river and ride back along the scenic 4020
