Along the 1216 we stop at the Nam Haeng reservoir and today for a change it wasnt overflowing

As we ascend the steep climb to the highest part of the 1216 the views are great

Now to start the descent and as usual at this height its arather chilly when in the shade





Back in Nan and its food from the weekend walking street.
Chickens are cooked in those large urns

They have a lovely smoky flavour and I think they are nicer than the usual cooked chickens

80 Baht for the chicken and 10 Baht for the sweetcorn
