[The Bigfella]

That's a pity. I bought a BSA that had been registered in Burma using that loophole. The plate is on the wall somewhere in Rider's Corner or the Old City Smokehouse.... as I took the bike to Australia (and busted my knee trying to start it). Sold the bastard of a thing a few years ago.

If anyone knows of any other states or countries with this loophole, it would be nice to know.... please
