One Saturday afternoon I venture out as far as Wells in Somerset and what looks like a castle in the distance gets my interest.
I ask about it and am told its the Glastonbury Tor, I pencil it in for the following days ride

Back home and its time to make a large vat of pork curry Indian style.
I got the recipe from the owner of Sara's Takeaway in Mae Sot

Sadly I cant recreate the authentic flavour of Robinson's cooking but its enjoyable all the same
