those quoted India prices prove to me that Triumph could sell the Bonneville which is made in Thailand for 350k and i think withon a year they will cut the price in Thailand to 400k mark

Currently Brit Bikes lists the Bonneville around 700.000 baht, if the costs are really 350.000 baht than profit is 350.000 baht.
Let's say they sell 50 off per year, that makes a total profit of 17.5 mio baht.
If they drop the price to 400.000 baht they only make 50.000 baht profit, they would need to sell 350 bikes to make the same total profit.
From a business perspective that does not makes sense and is not going to happen.
Brit Bikes positioned the Triumph bikes as an exclusive brand, they will do the very best to keep that up and not participate in a price battle with low profit margins.

brake)034 the cost is no where near 350k thats what they sell for in UK and even less in USA cost is likely 200k before taxes including manufactures profit , Britbike are amateurs & lazy , they used to be controlled by the same distributer as Ducati but lost Ducati distibution as Ducati wanted to expand ,, once triumph indian operation is running ,triumph will need to shift lots of machines and they will do what ducati have done ,
