Suzuki DR 650 needs a home

Lorriane needs to sell her 1997 Suzuki DR 650 which is in KL, Malaysia -- USD$ 1,000 / 30,000 Thai Bht or near offer.


"My Suzuki DR650 is in Kula Lumpur. Eric was going to buy it off me but has now had a mother of a bad accident and understandably cannot.
It's a 1997 model has done 50000kms, it has a 23l tank, bash plate and loads of spare parts incl 2 tubes, full toolkit etc. It has been fully serviced and was running well when I left it. My friend says he is having trouble starting it, but it's been standing for 2 months so I am sure it's just battery. I would like to try get usd1000 for it.

Would you know of the logistics of keeping such a bike (Poland registered) in Thailand? Having said that, can a foreign registered bike be kept for so long in Malaysia?
