Was getting a flat battery on the Suzuki Bergman 200 & thought there was a charging fault. It turned out, that even though the seat locked shut, the underseat courtesy light was staying on when the seat was locked, flattening the battery overnight.
While at Suzuki, I noticed 2 other Bergman 200's with there seats off and the mechanic gave me a Thai smile and admitted it looks like there is a design falt with the plastic seat molding cracking on the forward inside edge, allowing the seat to flex and creep forward, then not disengaging the underseat light.
The seat catch moves forward not disengaging the underseat light switch

2 more there ready for repair for the same problem
