I got off to an early start so decided to ride the whole journey to Satun today.
I have stayed in both of these cities a couple of times before but have never rode from one to the other so it was some new roads for me to ride today
The temperature soon got up and this was taken in the shade at 2.30 pm, no wonder I could feel the heat on my legs
Plenty of rubber plantations down around here
It was a long tiring ride and I didnt stop for any more photos
In town and its walking street today.
Satun seems to be evenly mixed between Buddhists and Muslims
I check in at the Rain Tong Hotel at N06.61360 E100.06343
I have always stayed here when in town and its now 220 for my room, only gone up 20 Baht since the last time I stayed here three years ago.
Inside parking too
Food time and I eat at the market
60 Baht for that delicious filling meal
I find a red pomelo at the fruit stall for 20 Baht
