A friend is wanting to locate and then go to the specialist herbal market in the Phu Ruea district of Loei province up near the Laos border. This market specializes in the mountain root herbs of the far north. .
They speak fluent Thai and drive 4x4 pretty well, but would prefer some more specific directions and info.
