On our trip in Laos we stopped for a coffee at the Sern Sap Restaurant in Oudomsouk (Nakai) which is the village at the Nam Theun 2 reservoir. Coordinates: N17.71300 E105.15115 A new place with good coffee and good food although we did not try it as we were on our way to Sepon.
