Road racing dates at Bira

After Luke spotted the apparent fluidity of the first road racing event at Bira (either 18 or 25 March), I delved deep into organiser GPI and discovered that it was not going to be in march at all, but sometime in May, to be announced. Reasons given were clashing dates with events elsewhere, including Nakhonchaisri

I guess we'll need to wait, but no need to rush, Luke...
