Road Numbers Confusion

On my way to Vientiane about a week ago I spotted this road between Nakornthai and Dan Sai with 2 different road numbers.



To add to the confusion, the ESRI Thailand GPS maps shows this as the 4010 Rural Road Phitsanulok.

Do you have a bigger resolution picture? It's hard to read the sign, all I can read is the first sign "???????????" which means "rural road".

If you look for the department on the internet you get this great webapp of the thai map with all the road numbers:

Best would be if you have the gps coords of the area.

It's conceivable that you would have multiple numbered routes coincident (following the same piece of pavement). Very common in the USA at least.
