Rider’s Corner - One of the most famous established restaurant/ bar/ guesthouses, is now for sale in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Huge outdoor beer garden combined with a large “double shop-house” wide indoor area, containing integrated plasma TV’s and slate bed pool table. Massive outdoor area in front of the bar also.
8 Rooms above for guesthouse use and staff quarters. All guest rooms have air-conditioning and ensuite shower/ bathrooms.
Central bar area and great working kitchen, has made this a very efficient hospitality facility and easy to manage.
If you live on the premises as we did, it is a “no brainer” situation to make money, with the rent so cheap. The business is famous amongst the around-the-world/ adventure motorcycle community, being the venue for the annual Horizons Unlimited Asia meeting attracting hundreds of guests for many many years.
The business is also well known as the source for information for mapping and routing in Asia, so the sale of mapping products can be discussed.
Very easy to change from the current concept and operate as a different business, with infinite possibilities. We also ran a tour business from the premises and was a perfect setup for that operation too.
Genuine reason for sale – Couldn’t tolerate the ex-wife any longer.
