During my stay in Phongsaly I chose the Sensaly Guesthouse (Phone088-210165) - Friendly people and a good place to sleep (70-100,000 Kip). At night they close the gate so your bike is quite safe. The guesthouse is located just opposite the market at: N21 40.982 E102 06.220.
