A Chinese owned hotel, but friendly staff and they have all night security outside for the parking area. They even supply a chain and lock :)

Normal price for the rooms, twin bed, was $43, I asked for discount and got the same for $30. Fridge, TV, WiFi aircon and a great shower :)

They have a cafe on the ground floor for snacks all day and a restaurant on the first floor open until 11pm. That is where your buffet breakfast is served and is included in the price. There is also a massage parlour on the ground floor, not sure if boom boom is involved as I did not participate :)

I have tried a number of dishes for lunch and dinner and was quite impressed.

Depending on your tastes, this is probably the all round, best location hotel in PP. 100 meters from the river and smack bang in the middle of the bars on 136 street, location:

I personally prefer a no-window room so can sleep without being woken up by daylight. This room made ingenious use of a blind with light behind.
