[Iron Chef]

I did a small ride in the region of Lake Toba in North Sumatra recently.
From Medan it is 4-5 hours by car to Parapat then a ferry to the village of Tuk Tuk on the island of Samosir in Lake Toba.
Tuk Tuk is just for tourists, with lots of hotels and every 2nd shop has a scooter for rent.
I got a Yamaha NMax 155 which was the biggest machine I could find and quite decent.
The area is so beautiful and the people incredible friendly.

Great photos. Thanks for posting. I've been to Lake Toba three times and it is one of my favourite places on the planet. I'm still in contact with several of the locals that I met there. I loved riding the island... including over the top on my KTM.
