What 3rd Party Insurance is available in Laos?

I believe I read that the Insurance Agent at the Chong Mek/Vung Tao Border has closed up shop and Insurance is only available in Pakse.

Is there a company that is able to provide a policy over the internet and pay by Thai Bank Transfer? I was able to obtain my 3rd Party Comprehensive through AA Insurance this way at 646 Baht for 1 year.

Insurance was available at Vang Tao right next to the Customs Office where others say was closed.

150 Baht for 2 weeks.

The guys name that sold it was Noy cell #9959327
