Minority Festival near Tad Lo

While spending the night at Tad Lo I was told about an upcoming Minority Festival in Ban Khiangphoukhong. Although the date of the festival is not clear, 15-16 or 10-11 March this might be of some interest to some of you.

I discussed this with the people from the Tourist Information Center in Tad Lo but they were also not yet sure about the date. In case you are interested in it you can contact Mr. Souliya at 020-95733151 at the Saravan Tourist Information Center
