Hopefully I have solved the mystery of those purple ice creams for 5 Baht and what the seller calls poo-ah is actually taro
 
I'm impressed how those rural schools teach real-life practical skills rather that a load of irrelevant theoretical
nonsense that the students will never use.
Taro ice-cream, wow! never seen it in CNX.
 
I guess in a village like that where there is only one way in and out the mindset is a bit different.
