Also Klim Dakar pants, which I have been wearing for 3 years & would buy again without hesitation, he'll offer a group buy discount on those too, if people are interested.

The guy in the second video you posted Max has the one fitted I want. The first one is a wee bit small for practical use. 2.5l should be plenty with a pump/filter for emergencies.

No Tartan one!!!! shhhhhh

Ok..lets give it a few days to let word get around, then we'll organize a group purchase with Atomic Moto.

OK .....that worked pretty well, we had enough for a group buy of the neck braces in the first day. I'll give it a couple more days to see if anyone else wants one and they will be able to take advantage of the shipping and cheap import tax all dealt with.

I'll contact Atomic Moto.

If anyone wants some Klim pants let me know, I know Justin wants some, I'm getting some, so be quick if you want some of the best riding pants available at a discount.

I could be interested in the pants and the helmet. How much are the Dakar pants?

Well it's been 4 months..... any news on that group buy?

Cheers,
Wolf.

DKI you guy's have noticed but a number of the very best riders in the world have ditched the neck braces after using them for the last couple of years.

Chad Reed, Ryan Dungey, Ryan Villopoto all AMA SX champions and all riders that have had pretty big crashes in the past choose to wear no neck braces now. They previously used Alpine Star and Leatt braces.

IDKW but presumably it's on medical grounds as they were all just as fast when wearing them so it's unlikely to be related to rider comfort? But that's just a guess.

Interesting though that SX riders with a high chance of a very big and painful off choose not to use them.

Another thing with neck braces is don't wear them when off the bike and helmet off, I remember reading a case about a lad that slipped when off the bike with a brace and no helmet and snapped his neck due to the unnatural pivot point on his neck due to not having his helmet on, I'm pretty sure they now come with a warning saying not to wear them without helmet!!

Although you do see plenty riders wearing them off the bike without helmet but I guess on mx tracks your less likely to slip when off the bike but for what you guys do then I would reckon that most of you have slipped at some point when off the bike, just thought it worth a mention..
