Jungle shipping buisness Port Klang

Hello,
whoaw ! it's the jungle here in port Klang for to find information for receive my motorbike.
my shipping compagny ask me 300$ only for to make paper... and they don't know about the process without "carnet de passge". Incredible !
One $ (Malaysian biker) ask me for 600$ for to pay everything for the delivery of my bike. More expensive than the charges and shipping Canada to Malaysia.
finaly, i do the ICP (circulation authorisation)for Free without "carnet de passage" in the minister and the insurance "Uniasia 30$ for 3 months myself...

Now i need to find where is my motorbike in portklang.
to see the custom.
and pay the charges for the port.
i hope to meet the good person this time....
