I rode the bike up the steps for a ways but it seemed a bit hard on the tires and shocks!
There is what looks like [highlight=#ff4080:27x90dmw]a ticket booth but it was unman-ed[/highlight:27x90dmw].
I only saw a couple jars on the hillside but the destination is worth seeing the beauty.

When I was there a few months ago, the ticket booth was manned. The two guys who managed the thing were clearly in the "recycling business" as on my way back they wanted to have my tickets back so they could re-sell them to the next customer. Was also a bit disappointed at the number of jars - looks like the other jar sites you found near the new hydropower project (Nam Ngum 5 and 3) are more interesting.
