Anal to some I know
but here are some comparison shots to demonstrate a couple of things from my perspective & provide a little info for others.
No drooping vent pipes on the CRF, they are higher up.
The CRF tail light is solid, does not wabble, vibrate let alone feel like it's just about to fall off. If you grab hold of it or the plastic below where the plate is intended to be & yank it, nothing moves. Unlike the CRF, the Dtracker tail light is very wobbly & with any added weight such as the plate, the entire back end is a continual flapping nightmare on non solid riding surfaces.
Here is a funny problem. The gap below the D-TRACKER sticker and the top lip of the plastic below it are where my knees sit. If as I do, a rider has knee braces the hinge & all the hard plastic of them does not damage anything on the bike. However, the CRF sticker will not last very long with knee braces.
If you have your deposit down already on one of these & having to wait a month and some of my observations are a concern to you, I do hope you are not too dissapointed.
